amazing stay with a few improvements
The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. The breakfast options were extensive, providing everything from fresh fruits to a menu for hot food that left us satisfied every morning.
The garden views were stunning, but the pathway could have used better lighting in the evening.

I loved the beautiful setting here. The spacious room offered great views of Table Mountain and had a lovely antique vibe. Staff greeted me warmly multiple times and ensured I felt at home. Breakfast was a standout, with plenty of options for everyone. The gardens felt inviting, and I enjoyed lounging on the terrace. However, I encountered issues with the loadshedding. Information wasn’t clear, and it disrupted the use of electrical outlets in the family apartment for part of each day. While this wasn’t a deal-breaker, it would have been nice to have more clarity on that before my stay. Also, the dining options were somewhat limited with either Lebanese or Korean food, which might not suit everyone’s taste. Still, the atmosphere was calming and beautiful, and I found the staff to be really accommodating.

Stunning grounds that feel like a serene escape, complete with wandering tortoises. The amenities include top-notch gym and pool facilities. Rooms that are spotless and equipped with beautiful decor.
Had a real annoyance with key card malfunctions—every time I went out, I came back to a locked door. On the dining side, the wait for mains stretched to 2.5 hours, resulting in a late meal without any sort of compensation despite my polite inquiries. Certain dining chairs felt way too low, making meals feel uncomfortable, and a few trendy menu choices did not hit the mark for my taste.

The beautiful gardens at Vineyard were as enchanting as a secret garden, perfect for leisurely strolls, and the indoor spaces were accessible and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It made my stay delightful and easy.
More seating in dining areas would be nice.
